By accessing or using the website at www.pinevilleinsulation.com or by requesting services from Pineville Insulation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or request our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date.
Pineville Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Pineville, LA and surrounding communities. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and insulation removal. The specific scope of work for any project is defined in a written estimate provided to the customer before work begins.
All estimates provided by Pineville Insulation are based on an on-site assessment of the project area. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Estimates are not guarantees of final cost. Changes in project scope, conditions discovered during work that were not visible during the assessment, or customer-requested modifications may affect the final price. Any changes to the scope or cost will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds.
Requesting an estimate from Pineville Insulation creates no obligation on the part of the customer to proceed with any work.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement between Pineville Insulation and the customer. If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling (318) 319-2726 or emailing contact@pinevilleinsulation.com. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a scheduling fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Pineville Insulation reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible and work to find an alternative time that fits your schedule.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate for each project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects,Pineville Insulation may require a deposit before work begins, which will be clearly stated in the written estimate. We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee.
To allow Pineville Insulation to complete work safely and efficiently, the customer agrees to:
Pineville Insulation stands behind the quality of our work. If you have a concern about workmanship on a completed project, contact us within 30 days of project completion at (318) 319-2726 or contact@pinevilleinsulation.com. We will assess the issue and, if it is determined to result from our workmanship, correct it at no additional charge. This workmanship commitment does not cover damage caused by subsequent modifications, events outside our control (such as flooding or structural movement), or normal wear over time.
Material warranties, where applicable, are provided by the manufacturer of the insulation product installed. We will provide you with relevant warranty documentation upon request.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pineville Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or this agreement, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that project.
Pineville Insulation is not responsible for pre-existing conditions in the property that are not disclosed before work begins and that affect the outcome of the project.
Except as expressly stated in these terms or in a written project agreement, our services are provided "as is." We make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond what is described in the written project estimate.
The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep information current and accurate, we do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other users.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Pineville, LA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Pineville Insulation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
